ថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២១ សមាគមសហគ្រិនស្រ្តីកម្ពុជាបានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាលើកពីរស្តីពី "ការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងរបស់សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃសមាគមសហគ្រិនស្ត្រីកម្ពុជា" នៅសណ្ឋាគារហ៊ីម៉ាវ៉ារី។

គោលបំណងនៃសិក្ខាសាលា៖

1) ដើម្បីឆ្លុះបញ្ចំង និងពិនិត្យឡើងវិញលើភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលដោយផ្អែកលើការតំរង់ទិសចុងក្រោយរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលដែលក្រុមប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកមួយណាមិនអាចយល់បាន និងផ្នែកណាដែលក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលបានធ្វើបានល្អ។

២) ធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ និងពិភាក្សាអំពីផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តឆ្នាំ ២០២០-២០២៥

៣) ដើម្បីដឹកនាំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល ឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងដោយខ្លួនឯង និងការកែលម្អ រួមទាំងផែនការរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលក្នុងនាមជាសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការ។

On 28th December 2021, Cambodia women Entrepreneurs Association was conducted for second workshop on “Board of Directors Refresher” at Himawari Hotel.

The objectives of the workshop are:

1) To refresh and review on the board leadership based on the last board orientation which parts board have failed to comprehend and which parts boards have done great.

2) To present and discuss about the Strategic Plan 2020 – 2025

3) To conduct the board self-reflection and personal improvement including their plan as a board member and committee chairwoman

The workshop was supported by Centre for International Private Enterprise.
